I had nothing else to do, so i'm gonna post a l2j interlude server set-up guide !

STEP I : DOWNLAODING
-----------------------------------
You will need just 4 tools :

1. JAVA CLIENT

2. SERVER FILES (with preconfigured DB)

3. PATCHED SYSTEM FOLDER

4. LINEAGE INTERLUDE CLIENT ( u probably have it already installed )

STEP II : INSTALLING
-----------------------------------
1. Install JAVA CLIENT
2. Extract server Files archive anywhere on your HDD ( this will be your LINEAGE SERVER FOLDER )
3. Go to your LINEAGE INTERLUDE CLIENT and OVERWRITE the existing SYSTEM and SYSTEM TEXTURES folders with the ones that u extract from PATCHED SYSTEM FOLDER

STEP III : RUNNING and PLAYING
-----------------------------------
1.Go to your Lineage Server Folder and open " start.bat "
2.Go to folder \login\ ( from your LINEAEG SERVER FOLDER ) and open " startLoginServer.bat " and WAIT UNTILL IT LOADS THE WHOLE LOGIN SERVER !
3.Go to folder \gameserver\ ( from your LINEAGE SERVER FOLDER ) and open
" startGameServer.bat " and WAIT UNTILL IT LOADS THE WHOLE GAME SERVER !
#Leave them all open ( u can minimize the .bat windows, but DO NOT CLOSE them ! )
4. Now go to your Lineage Interlude folder /system/l2.exe and open it !
Log in with user : admin / password : admin --> your default admin acc

HINTS and ADVICES
-----------------------------------
- If you enconter LOGIN DELAY when u press " log in " tab, just press it once and WAIT, it can take even up to 20 secs! Also same thing may happen when u login to server! U just need to wait, delay should not be more than 20 secs or if u are lucky will not be at all !

- If you have lag and When u try to use skills, ( especialy magic skills)nothing will happen ( mob will not take dmg, skills will not work, huge lag will take over ), just press ctrl+alt+del and in PROCESSES list form TASK MANAGER you will find 2 processes called " java " ! Right clik on them and choose Priority for both : Above Natural or higher, untill game will corectly !

SOME ADMIN COMMANDS
----------------------------

//admin : brings up the admin panel
//kill : instantly kills your target
//spawn "mob name" ( no quots ) ex : //spawn baium --> this will spawn baium or //spawn valakas
# remember that after killing the spawned mob, he will RESPAWN! To completly remove him from that area, click on mob and type " //delete "
//edit : opens the edit char panel of the curent target ( here u can change ocupation, level, HP, MP of a targeted char )
# if u make class changes ( ex : your main char is HUMAN and u change his states to swordsinger, u you need to relog for char texture to set corectly )
//setlevel "desired level" : sets the level of the curent target ex : //setlevel 62 or //setlevel 80
//sethero : gives hero status to curent target
//give_all_skills : gives all skills to curent target
//remove_all_skills : removes all skills of curent target

If u want your friends to play on your srv, u'll have to do this :
1. Setup the gameserver ( go to : \Server\gameserver\config ) and open " server.PROPERTIES " , useing notepad or any other text editor.When you open the file, search for this paragraph :

" # This is transmitted to the clients connecting from an external network, so it has to be a public IP or resolvable hostname
ExternalHostname=ADD HERE YOUR IP ( EX. 89.126.134.99
# This is transmitted to the client from the same network, so it has to be a local IP or resolvable hostname
InternalHostname=127.0.0.1 "

2. Setup the loginserver ( go to : \Server\loginserver\config) and open " loginserver.PROPERTIES " , useing notepad or any other text editor.When you open the file, search for this paragraph :

" # Bind ip of the loginserver, use 0.0.0.0 to bind on all available IPs
LoginServerHostname==ADD HERE YOUR IP ( EX. 89.126.134.99
LoginServerPort=2106
GMMinLevel=100 "

3. Open fileedit ( download from : http://www.uploading.com/files/7KHOPI42 ... 6.exe.html )
* Go to : File --> Open and decript file --> browse to system folder ( from L2 CLIENT and select l2.ini
* Search for this line :

* Now you are almost done ! After u put your ip go to : File --> Save and encrypt ! Save it with name : l2 and compus INI and . A tab will pop-up with the name " Header " . Select version 413 !.
Now, just overwrite your new saved l2.ini file to system folder ( from LINEAGE 2 CLIENT ) and...now u have a SYSTEM FOLDER set up for your server ! Share the system folder with your friends so you can all play together.
